OVERVIEW

Summers have given me a chance to dive even deeper into music composition through programs like Idyllwild Arts, Colburn, Pacific Crest, Tanglewood, and Yellowbarn, where I’ve found inspiration and connection with other musicians writing their own music. I’ve been fortunate to write several pieces commissioned by others, it’s a great opportunity for me to challenge myself to create uniquely personal work that meets the desires of the commissioner.

I welcome private commissions for chamber, orchestral, and solo works, creating music that reflects both a love for classical tradition and a personal, contemporary voice. Each piece is crafted to connect with performers and audiences, offering a shared musical experience.
